As per GSM Arena, Xiaomi has equipped the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset for the global market. 

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14 Pro is targeted toward a more limited market in China. Now, let's delve deeper into the distinctions:

1. Screen size:

The first difference lies in the screen size of both products. The Xiaomi 14 features a smaller 6.36-inch screen, whereas the Xiaomi 14 Ultra boasts a larger screen with a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED panel.

2. Camera resolution:

Globally, the Xiaomi 14 features a trio of 50MP cameras. The primary camera has an f/1.6 aperture and a larger 1/1.31" sensor with dual PDAF pixels. Additionally, the telephoto camera on this model has a 3.2x zoom lens equivalent to 75mm, while the third camera boasts an ultra-wide-angle lens. 

The camera quality of the Xiaomi 14 differs from what is offered by the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. For the Ultra series, Xiaomi has equipped the phone with a rear 50MP camera. However, this is accompanied by an improved variable aperture, allowing for brighter f/1.6 shots. 

Moreover, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra's camera is claimed to be able to capture all intermediate positions. This product also features a new 1" sensor type. 

The 5x periscope telephoto camera, 3.2x telephoto camera, and ultra-wide-angle camera are all the same as their predecessors, including the Sony IMX858 50MP sensor sized at 1/2.51".

3. Battery capacity:

The third distinction lies in battery capacity. The Xiaomi 14 comes with a 4,610mAh battery, slightly larger than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra which boasts a 5,000mAh battery. 

The Xiaomi 14 supports wired charging of up to 90W, wireless charging of 50W, and reverse wireless charging of 10W. 

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a larger battery with the capabilities of 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

4. Price:

In terms of pricing, the Xiaomi 14 is more expensive than the Xiaomi 14. Globally, the Xiaomi 14 is priced at 1,000 euros, approximately around Rp16.8 million. 

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is sold at 1,500 euros, roughly around Rp25.3 million.
